Vintage, Mid 20th Century, Spanish, Ship Scene Painting – Oil on Canvas, 55"W x 82.5"H.

This striking ship scene could be the Niña, Pinta, or the Santa Maria. Though Columbus was notably Italian, his benefactors were Spanish - like the artist, M. Pepetier. An understudy of the Catalan master Jose Maria Sert, Pepetier conveys the spirit of New World seafaring in this large-scale oil painting, housed in a minimalist new wood frame. Heavy wear and some paint loss and tears in canvas.

International Shipments

All household and small fine art and vintage items are shipped internationally via UPS. Duties, taxes and UPS shipment costs are displayed at checkout. For international orders, please allow 48-72 hours to process before shipment.
